If you are a buyer looking to get a refund from one of the sellers on our platform, look no further.
Requesting a refund requires getting in touch with the store owner.
You can reach the store owner by:
- Responding to your order confirmation email. You can search your inbox using email@example.com as the order confirmation email comes from our email; send your reply and we'll get the email to the seller automatically, or
- Their Selz storefront
If you don't have your order confirmation email anymore and don't remember the seller, please contact us directly and we're happy to help put you in touch with the store owner.
