Do you have a question about your product that you purchased through a Selz seller? If yes, your questions must be directed to the seller.

This includes questions such as:

  • "When will I receive my product?"
  • "How do I use my product?"
  • "My product is faulty or not what I expected. I would like a refund."

How do I contact the seller?

To contact the seller of your product, reply directly to the order confirmation email you received upon purchase. If the seller uses a Selz storefront, click on the 'Message' button below their profile picture. If you purchase an item through the seller's website, return to the website and look for a 'Contact Us' or 'Support' page.
