Updating card details for your plan
If your card expires, or if we are unable to process monthly or annual payment for your plan to the card on file, we will send a request by email asking you to update your card details.
Updating your card details
We recommend that you update your card details by clicking on the button within the email that says Update payment details.
You can also do it manually, following these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on Settings > Billing
3. Click on the Payment Details tab and update your credit card details
4. Click Save
We will then try to process your plan payment to the card on file.
