The Selz Account Management Program
The Selz Account Management Program (AMP) is by invitation only and is reserved for merchants we consider to be high achievers or who show great potential.
If you have received an email from us welcoming you to the AMP, that means you have unlocked our highest level of service by simply doing what you do best: selling your product and running an awesome business.
Now you will have a direct line of support at Selz with your very own Account Manager. They’ll be there to help when you have questions, need advice or if you have any trouble with your account. Our Account Managers are Selz product experts and eCommerce pros, so you’re in good hands.
Your Account Manager is available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST. You can reach them via email or phone (including text) and they will respond to you as quickly as possible in all cases. You can rest assured that your questions, concerns, and feedback will be our top priority.
Your Account Manager will be checking in with you from time to time to make sure things are going smoothly, and be there to offer some tips on how to improve your store setup or maximize sales.
