Resending order confirmation emails

  1. Firstly, login to your Selz account.
  2. When you’re in your account, click on Orders along the left side of your dashboard
  3. Once you click Orders, select a category from the drop-down for the order
  4. You can also click All and use the search bar on the order page to look through your orders depending on your order volume
  5. Once you find the order, click on the More button to the right of the ‘Send Message’ button within the order details page and click on Send Invoice

Once you click on Send Invoice, you'll see a confirmation at the top of your screen and your buyer will receive a new email receipt.
