How can I change my store URL?

Did you create your online store with your full name and want to update the URL to your business name? Perhaps there's a typo to update, or your business name is changing. No problem at all!

  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Click on Store > Settings > Domain in the left navigation
  3. Click Manage > Free Selz Subdomain 
  4. Enter your new desired store URL
  5. Click Save and then click on the link to see your site

How do I add pages to my store?

Pages are essential for a professional look. You're welcome to add as many pages to your store as your business needs.

To create a new page

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on Store in the left navigation
  3. Select Customize > Pages > New Page
  4. Add in your page information
  5. Click Add page at the bottom to save your changes

How can I add an About page?

Simply enable any pages you want on your site. You can also feel free to disable any you no longer want to appear. You can also rearrange the pages by dragging in the Pages menu.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on Store in the left navigation
  3. Select Customize > Pages > New Page
  4. Add a title, like ‘About'
  5. Choose Content as your Template
  6. Click Add page at the bottom to save your changes

How do I add a Contact page to my store?

To add a Contact Page, follow the steps for How can I add an About page?.  Be sure to choose Contact as the page template.


How can I change the font used in my store?

Changing the font in your online store is simple with our platform.

How to change a font in your online store

  1. Choose your theme
  2. From your dashboard, click Store > Customize 
  3. Under Typography, you can choose up to three different fonts for the following categories: Body, Headings  or Accent
  4. Choose the default size and weight (thickness) for each font 
  5. Click Update once you're done making all the changes!

You can now use any of these three fonts that you selected throughout your online store. 

Simply add a text block and click the font option within the block to see your fonts in your drop-down list. You can even add multiple fonts in each text block!


How do I reset the design of my online store?

Do you want to redesign your entire website? Are you in the middle of customizing your store and have decided to start over? Not a problem! You can restore your theme to its default settings at any time. 

Here are the steps to reset your store design:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on Store in the left navigation
  3. Select Customize 
  4. Click the Design tab then scroll to Styles
  5. Scroll down and click Restore default settings
  6. Click Reset

Once you’ve made this change, you can’t return to your old version, so make sure you are ready to make a change before you click!


How do I change themes for my online store?

If you decide to switch your theme entirely, you will be prompted to reset your store content. 

Only select this option if you would like your store's content to be replaced with placeholder images and all block settings to be reset. 

Here are the steps to reset your theme:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on Store in the left navigation
  3. Select Customize 
  4. Click the Design tab then scroll to Styles
  5. Scroll down and click the new theme you prefer
  6. Click Change

How can I reset my content blocks?

Content blocks can be reset at any time!

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on Store in the left navigation
  3. Select Customize 
  4. Click the Blocks tab then scroll to the bottom and click reset blocks
  5. Click Reset

This will reset all store blocks and their content to the theme placeholders in your current theme.
