Updating a digital product file

Perhaps you have a product with frequently-changing content, or you've simply updated an old product with a new file. Either way, by using our product update feature you can add, remove and switch files, and send an update to your previous customers.

How to update your digital products
- Log in to your account
- Click on Items
- Find the item you want to update and edit it
- Click the "Browse for files" option and remove or add your new files
- There will be a box like the one below that appears, click "Enable"
- Leave a customized message and your customers will be automatically updated
- Your customers will receive an email like the one below letting them know about your update and they can easily download your new file
